Weldon Springs Property presents the 600-acre Pepin Pava Development overlooking Lake Pepin between Maiden Rock and Stockholm Wisconsin. The two miles of lake frontage known as West Bluff possess the areas most spectacular views of Lake Pepin from wooded home sites. Established in 1979 Pepin Pava contains 38 separate sites of which 11 are still available.
